The hotel location was perfect, just 50 meters from the beach. The room was spacious and had a wonderful sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel swimming pool was excellent. Coffee on the open terrace with a sea view was a great way to start the day.
Don't have any issues at all.

The location was excellent. A quiet place in a quiet new resorth built to recharge the batteries. The view to the bay was very charming. The impression of privacy was very rewarding. A safe parking place.
The staff - excepting the owner of the hotel who was very helpful and pleasant - does not speak English. Nevertheless they are very good at Russian. The food must be more European, especially the dinner. The sensation was that the cooker was Bulgarian from the country side. The breakfast must be more diverse and the quality must be increased to salami, ham, coffee, soft drinks and stuff like these. Anyway the ratio value/money was good.

location - really 50m to the beach
we stayed in room 101 which was just few meters away from reception of Iris building ; there where some visitors or friends of the reception staff talking loudly & laughing till 1:00 AM ; they eventually left just before to completely lose my patience & call the manger/owner

I was not wrong to choose the Hotel Panorama. I had a very easy and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect with the beach just 50 meters from the hotel. It is very good for young people and families as all the shops and facilities are very close by. The hotel swimming pool is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly like in the pictures, spacious, very clean, with a wonderful sea view. I would not hesitate to go to this hotel again and I have recommended it to my friends and family. I especially enjoyed a breakfast coffee on the open terrace, looking at the sea, to start my day. I do a lot of travelling around the world and I can say that if you book this hotel, you won't be disappointed.
No. It was perfect. A 3 star hotel with very high standards at a great price.

Enjoyable city break
Stayed with my partner for a city break. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a few steps from the beach and close to local shops. The room was clean and modern with a great view from the balcony, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, perfect to start the day. we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and couldn't fault the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
The room was quite small without a kitchen, which made it difficult to store drinks and snacks. the amenities were limited with no free Wi-Fi available;

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sveti Vlas and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, being very close to the beach. It was just a short 2-3 minute walk, which was ideal for my family, especially with two small kids. The hotel itself was situated in a fairly quiet place, which made it even more peaceful and relaxing.
Everything was fantastic, no improvement needed.

The hotel’s location is great, very close to the beach and situated in a fairly quiet place. the room was large and clean, with a nice view from the balcony. the bathroom was clean and spacious, complete with all necessary amenities. the staff were helpful and was able to provide us with heat blended meals for our small daughter.
Paid Wi-Fi service is a downside and food quality was simple.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sea view from our balcony. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. the hotel offered great amenities, such as free A/C and a fridge in the room.
On the negative side, we were disappointed with the expensive internet and breakfast that was not up to our standards. the bathroom could use some updating, as the sink was leaking and the shower was low.
